The government is helping with a subsidy, called: ‘SLIM’. We are using ‘SLIM’ with our company because we believe it is important for our employees to further develop themselves.
The goal of this development is to stimulate our employees in their mutual communication, resulting in more efficient business operations and empowering employees to use their strengths. The employees of this ‘SLIM group’ meet monthly to learn from each other and work together to take Together2Grow to the next level. Their goal is to make Together2Grow stronger and prepare for the future!”
